cEdit 4.4.2 is the final release of cEdit which was written in Visual Basic utilizing the CodeMax control. Unlike future versions of cEdit it lacks support for embeded language support such as ASP or PHP within HTML. The main advantage of this version is the speed which is achieved through the use of CodeMax. [ This version is made available for those who want a simple code editor ]
