Editor families can be classified by various criteria

8bitMicroFamily - Editors for early 8bit microcomputers like the Altair, Northstar, and Tandy lines
AmigaEditorFamily - Editors for the Commodore Amiga
AndroidEditorFamily - Text editors for the Google Android OS
Atari8bitFamily - Editors for 8 bit Atari systems.
