Visual TeX is a small, fast, free text editor and yet another shell for TeX programming language. "Visualizing" corresponds only to document editing process, but not to preview (as in WYSIWYG systems). Because of TeX programming nature it is impossible to visualize the document preview immediately. So that the best way to simplify creation TeX document is to use such methods as syntax highlighting, folding, calltip techniques etc. Some of them are realized in Visual TeX.
