Rob's Programming Facility is a dialog manager that runs in TSO/E in IBM's z/OS operating system. Its editor component is called RPFEDIT.

RPFEDIT behaves similarly to the ISPF/PDF and Xedit editors; the user can type in the file's text area, enter primary commands on the command line, and/or line commands in the line numbers at the beginning of each line of text to make modifications to the file.

RPFEDIT can load and store files in Sequential or Partitioned datasets, or in Librarian, Panvalet or Archiver source code repositories. During an edit session the file content can be SUBmitted to the job queue for execution. While in the editor, TSO commands can be issued in a manner similar to the way Subcommand mode is used in Xedit.

A copy of the RPF Guide can be viewed at [["RPF User's Guide Version 1 Release 9.1"]] (PDF).
