Jano is a free text editor for Amiga Computers designed by Cyrille Guillaume and Thierry Pierron. Our goal is to build a simple, fast, user-friendly, efficient and last but not least, "free software". It exists of course a lot of tools like Jano on Aminet, but unfortunately, a lot of them seems to be abandoned by their authors, and because there isn't any new idea since long, we have decided to develop our own editor.
