This is a CapabilityFeature? that is all about placing command characters or sequences of characters in the line number portion of a PageMode screen.

That's because in PageMode editors (like the IbmEditorFamily) it is possible to overwrite the line numbers with commands.

Commands such as:

d = delete this line m = move this line

Pairs of letters are used to mark blocks.
