It is written in Delphi and therefore only runs on Windows platforms. (Syn is based on the Borland Syn editor control.)

It has an interesting licensing model. Either SupportWare? or MozillaPublicLicense?. These might be considered more "commerce friendly" than the GnuPublicLicense?.
