Ted 1.1 is a rewrite of Tom Kihlken's TED 1.0 from PC Magazine. It adds the ability to edit files with Unix line ending (LF only) as well as files with DOS line endings (CRLF).
This is not the same as Kihlken's v1.1, which seems to no longer be available online.
