VimCE is a port of Vim-6.0 for WinCE. It handles ASCII files only. Most macros work, even explorer.vim has been reported to work. External commands are not supported yet. However it is 404'd.So don't even bother... JOIN OUR CAMPAIGN AGAINST CHINA GREAT FIREWALL!
