VimTouch is a open source VIM port on Android. It supports full vim syntax and finger touch gestures to help VIM much more usable on touch screens.

There is an optional Vim runtime that can be added to provide a full version of Vim. It works best on a tablet in landscape mode in a terminal emulator with an external keyboard.
