Originally part of the WordPerfect Office suite. Based on WordPerfect for DOS, but edits in plain text and binary modes only. Uses WordPerfect keyboard commands, macro language, display and environment setups, templates, printing, etc.
The version linked to above is the last, 3.1 from 1994.
