However... The FSF folks didn't like the implication, so MicroGnuEmacs was renamed to MG. Last version I know of is MG2a. MG2a is available here: http://ftp.riken.go.jp/pub/pc/simtelnet/msdos/editor/mg2a_exe.zip A portable version by the guy who maintains OpenBSD's mg: http://pintday.org/hack/mg/ ''(404 - 090813 - DMcCunney)'' Another portable version: http://homepage.boetes.org/software/mg/ I used this text editor a bunch on my CommodoreAmiga as well as a VAX. It is OpenSource and has a built-in MacroLanguage (being based on MicroEmacs). --RonPerrella A new version, called MG for Windows has been written and has significant extensions: http://tillanosoft.com/ce/mg.html ''(Tillanosoft closed on 05/02/2012)'' : However, the Windows version available above is for PocketPCs running WinCE. No port to Windows desktops on Intel is provided. --DMcCunney
