* Layout Wizard which will build a record layout by pointing and clicking on the fields
* Formatted file compare which uses the layout in the compare process

The RecordEditor is uses a copybook (Record Layout) to decode the input file into human readable fields. It can handle both Text and Binary Files. It can import Cobol Copybooks into its own internal layout format.
