SpeedScript was a word processor for the Commodore 64, written by Charles Brannon, and published in COMPUTE!, a home computer magazine from ABC Publications. Users created the editor by typing in a binary representation of the code listed in the magazine, using a BASIC program also published by COMPUTE! It was later adapted to the Atari 8bit line.
