SEDT is an open source, cross-platform clone of the Digital Equipment Corp. EDT editor offered on DEC PDP-11 and VAX systems. The author is a former DEC employee. It extends the EDT concepts. Unfortunately, it is no longer under development.

(It comes with two supplied keymaps: EDT, which emulates the DEC "Gold key" setup, and NEW, which uses no Control or F-keys. It looks like it's possible to remap it to your liking. --DMcCunney)
