Vigor is based on nvi. It has disturbing and irritating wizard, that resembles that paper clip wizard called Clippy of MS Word WordProcessor. So, vigor is just humour software. It was inspired by Pitr of the "User Friendly" comic strip: http://www.userfriendly.org/
